iPhone Usage Up
Web usage for the iPhone grew in July even after the Antennagate issue. Surveys of browsing logs by the partner sites of
the Net Applications networks reveal the global web usage share inched up from 0.59 in June to 0.7 in July. This is the largest
usage gain ever recorded by an Apple mobile device and is two times the pace of Android devices. The gain was basically flat
before the release from May to June as that is typical flat metrics prior to a new product.
