Rosie O'Donnell Gets Daytime Show on Oprah's Network
Oprah Winfrey's OWN network was able to convince Rosie O'Donnell to come out of retirement. O'Donnell will produce the daytime talk show, which will
debut sometime in 2011.
Oprah released this statement: "Rosie is an undeniable
talent who has captivated TV audiences for nearly 20 years... She's a true original, who brings her authentic
voice, dynamic energy and pure passion to everything she does."
Rosie weighs in too, "It's an honor and a privilege to work with Oprah Winfrey on her
network," says O'Donnell. "I'm excited to be back on daytime television."
