Snoop's Daughter, Winning Her Fight Against Lupus
Rap legend, Snoop Dogg, says that his daughter is winning her battle against Lupus. Cori was diagnosed with
the chronic disease five years ago, after her mother noticed a spot on her face. Soon after, Cori began to
lose weight and show signs of hair loss.
Snoop recently spoke to People Magazine about it saying,
"She's the toughest little thing I've ever met......She's on the honor roll, playing
volleyball and softball, living life. She has all this joy. In the beginning Lupus was winning, but now Cori is."
The rapper also says that his daughter's illness is what saved his marriage. Snoop had filed for divorce from
his wife Shante in '04, however, he withdrew his petition after reuniting, due to Cori's diagnosis.
